It?s springtime, and love is in the air all across WWE. Well, at least it seemed that way this time last week. As every member of the WWE Universe is well aware, though, things around these parts tend to change in a heartbeat. (WWE'S POWER COUPLES GALLERY)

Or, in the case of former World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan, in 18 seconds.

At WrestleMania, Bryan was defeated by The Great White Sheamus in one of the shortest championship bouts in WWE history. After the opening bell, Bryan took a moment to steal a "good luck" kiss from his girlfriend, AJ. However, while the submission specialist was busy locking lips, his opponent was standing on the other side of the squared circle, licking his chops to get a piece of championship gold. (PHOTOS)

Seconds later, Bryan found himself kissing the sole of Sheamus? shoe, as when he turned around, he met the full force of the Brogue Kick from the Irish challenger. The boot leveled the champion, setting up the quickest World Heavyweight Title change in WrestleMania history.

Sunday?s scenario calls to mind an old boxing adage, immortalized in the 1976 film, Rocky. In the movie, Mickey Goldmill, the salty old boxing coach who proved to be an invaluable resource to Rocky Balboa, emphatically proclaimed that: "Women weaken legs!"

And if you ask Daniel Bryan, or, come to think of it, Zack Ryder, about their feelings on the matter after what transpired on The Grandest Stage of Them All, chances are they?ll agree. Ryder?s seemingly golden opportunity to seal a win for Team Teddy was shattered by the malicious meddling of his "friend" Eve, ruing Long Island Iced-Z's chances for a WrestleMania Moment. (PHOTOS)

Eve?s crushing blow to Ryder was all the more shocking after the events of the March 5 episode of Raw, when Eve shared what seemed like a special moment with Zack, kissing the stunned Superstar backstage and leading Long Island Iced-Z to believe that he and his on-again, off-again Diva crush was back on. The list of squared circle kissing instances may be as long as Big Show's fluffy bath robe, but the results of the World Heavyweight Championship bout and the Team Teddy fiasco at WrestleMania will have earth-shattering effects on the WWE. The chaos that has resulted from what was once a simple symbol of love now begs the question: Should there be a moratorium on kissing in WWE?

Maybe. But, before WWE kisses off this issue, it is worth mentioning that Rocky also rose above the odds in his movies, time and time again, because he had Adrian cheering him on. So, is a kiss really to blame? Or should Daniel Bryan have been less focused on AJ and more focused on The Celtic Warrior standing ready for battle not ten feet away?

Eve?s interference was overt, while AJ?s was less so. Still, in both instances Sunday night, it can be argued that it was, in fact, beauties that killed the beasts.

93% Bully

Already the most important Documentary of the year. Like a real time therapy session for anybody who has ever been bullied in school, "The Bully Project" or "Bully" as it has been retitled, may not only be responsible for stirring up more pre-release controversy than any documentary in recent history, but also be one of the timeliest documentaries ever released. What director Lee Hirsch tries to do here, is give audiences and inside look at bullying in today's public schools by actually documenting a few victimized teens (ranging in ages from 12 to 16) as they are in the midst of day to day social bullying. The film begins with the story of a boy named Tyler, who killed himself as a direct result of being constantly ridiculed and physically abused from his peers at school. Hirsch films Tyler's parents as they discuss the dire epidemic that is school bullying today, and then we get to see bullying through the eyes of a child in a heartbreaking reality, as Hirsh introduces audiences to Alex, age 12. Alex is an undersized boy who is subjected to constant ridicule and scorn from his peers. And I'm not just talking about older kids at school calling him names. Hirsch follows Alex as he is seen getting his lunch stolen, physically hit in the back of the head, shoved to the ground and in one case stabbed with a pencil on the bus (as the bus driver does nothing). The tragic mental and physical abuse this child goes through will reduce many audience members to tears instantaneously. For others, the emotional damage this young man goes through on screen will be nothing less than anger inducing. If you had forgotten how bad it was being a teenager when you went to school, Alex will serve as a not so subtle reminder of how brutal some kids have it. And what's worse is Hirsch's depiction of how out of touch the adults are with their children, in conjunction with how seemingly unflinching school administrators act when confronted about bullying in their own schools. Now "Bully" may sound like a film that is subtly attempting to scapegoat teachers for not taking bullying more seriously. And there is no doubt that some anti-"Waiting For Superman" company man will ridicule this film for placing a lot of the blame on school administrators, but offering up little solutions. But while some can see this film with "blame game" glasses on, the real moral of the story here is only to show how much bullying is in fact a nationwide epidemic, that needs to be addressed in a more serious open forum than it has been (in the past). Not to take away from my review, but allow me to be critical for a moment. If I had to say that there was anything essentially wrong with Hirsch's film, I would have to bring up two points of contention: 1. On a strictly filmmaking note, and not to sound like an uncaring Bully supporting Republican or anything, let's just say (when pertaining strictly to the structure of the film) that not all bullied children are created equal. Aside from Alex, Hirsch also follows Kelby, age 16. She is a lesbian living in the South, reminiscing over all of the verbal and physical abuse she had suffered by the hands of her Bible belt, homophobic peers and teachers; to the point where she had to leave school. So, while her story is compelling, it is told from the point of view of a person who has already been through the ringer, while Alex is seen as still being in the trenches. Hirsch also followed the extreme case of a girl named Ja'Meya, age 14. Ja'Meya is a Southern girl who actually fought back, by taking a gun on the school bus with her after (what seems like) extensive bullying. Ok, so I could see where Hirsch was going with this storyline, attempting to show what a child could be reduced to do under the heightened stress of constant bullying. But watching Ja'Meya's plot play out, it became glaringly apparent that her story doesn't quite fit with the flow of this film. In fact, Ja'Meya's story brings "Bully" to a halt a few times. I really don't know how else to explain it. The truth is, all these two storylines do is amplify how compelling and truly heart-wrenching little Alex's scenes really are. In saying all of that, I am not ridiculing or downplaying what Kelby and Ja'Meya went through. I am strictly (and very slightly) ridiculing the director's storytelling abilities. And 2. "Bully" does not touch on any of the online bullying, which (in this reviewer's opinion) will serve as a HUGE mistake on the filmmaker's part. I know that Hirsch finished filming around the same time as all of the online suicides and that rather large anti bullying campaign a few years ago. So for there to be absolutely no mention of cyber-bullying in this film is rather perplexing. Final Thought: Unfortunately at times the subject matter of "Bully" is better than the film itself, even though Hirsch does daring work. What I mean by that is, that for how hard hitting his subject matter was, the filmmaking (or how the film was put together) could have been better if it would have included every aspect of bullying. In many ways this film only scratches the surface. In saying that, the film does more than serve its purpose. This isn't just a movie about the struggles of fitting in. This is an uncensored look into a bullying epidemic that up until a few years ago had been mostly swept under the rug of American society. So, even though it is doubtful that "Bully" will be the most well made documentary I see all year, it will most definitely be the most important; and one not only every child should see, but entire families should see together. Side Note: Ever since the Weinstein Company has been petitioning the MPAA to assign "Bully" a "PG-13" rating instead of the dreaded "R", there has been controversy surrounding its distribution. There have since been reports that the Weinstein Company plans to release this documentary as "Unrated" to get around the MPAA stranglehold, which may doom it to the dreaded "limited release" realm of no return and rarely seen. High profile advocates of this films message, such as Anderson Cooper, Phil McGraw, Kelly Ripa and novelist Rosalind Wiseman, have ridiculed the MPAA for their seeming attempt to keep children from seeing "a film that every child must see." And I tend to strongly side with their platform. So what is the deal? Why was (until quite recently) "Bully" pulling an "R" rating? Does "Bully" advocate bullying? No. Does it use language that your twelve year son/daughter/sister/brother doesn't hear at school every day of his/her life? No. Is the violence and depictions of ACTUAL Bullying in this film gratuitous? Again, no. And (the one that terrifies the MPAA the most) is there any nudity? NOOOOOO. The biggest controversy of this film, and the main idiotic reason that this film pulled an "R" rating for the longest time, is the fact that audiences will actually see middle school and high school kids visibly getting shoved around, punched, and called awful names. And while the images here will be disturbing to parents and teens alike, they need to be seen by a demographic that is actually living through the controversial themes the movie brings up. The awful truth is that 13 million children are bullied every day. So, for the MPAA to have slapped it with an "R" rating is simply irresponsible. "Bully" is a cut and dry example of subject matter superseding the MPAA's fundamentally rigid beliefs of counting the number of F-bombs in a movie. The faith factor: Religious liberty is GOP mom's big issue

Faith and religious liberty is a big factor in GOP mom Rosemary McDonough's politics, even if she's not in lock step with all church teaching.

Rosemary McDonough is as cheerful of disposition as they come, but sometimes she feels a little under siege. She's a mannerly Republican surrounded by often-opinionated liberals: She's a family-minded columnist in her left-leaning local paper. She's a conservative volunteer amid many with a social justice bent.

Married for 32 years and the mother of two nearly grown children, Ms. McDonough has had a long career as an academic fundraiser. She graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa., and got her master's degree at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. She's a lifelong Roman Catholic who goes to mass and attends a weekly Bible study. From time to time, she takes an online theology course from Boston College. And even when her faith has seemed to fail her, she's dealt with it by ducking into church, empty at midweek, to clear the way in life's static for God.

Early in her marriage, as she and her husband got on their feet financially, she used birth control, knowingly breaking with church teaching. But that has no bearing on her opinion of the Obama administration's birth control insurance mandate ? she vehemently opposes it.

"It's the difference between a private decision and public policy," she says, adding that she is "absolutely in sync" with the teachings of her church, including the belief that Catholic marriage should be open to the possibility of children. "There could be an issue with the Jewish faith or the Muslim faith or any of the Protestant denominations and I'd support them, too, if that's what their faith believes." She calls the one-year extension for implementing the policy "an insult," as if ? given a year ? Catholics would turn away from their beliefs. She calls the payment compromise "window dressing."

McDonough also disagrees with the administration on care of the poor. "Government breeds a lot of dependency," she says, adding that certain social programs will always be needed. But she prefers private charity as smaller, more local, and better equipped to identify and address need. "The more you take in taxes, the less is available for philanthropy."

As for herself, she says, "When you see poverty, you roll up your sleeves and you drive to North Philadelphia and you help them." At the inner-city school where she volunteers, she takes every opportunity to model family life for students who've never experienced it ? not smugly, but to illustrate the social and economic unit that has historically helped lift the poor. She presses her own family to go together to school concerts, for instance, and modeling family life has also been central to their longtime mentoring of a young man from the school. "I call him my third child," she says, and as a result of his frequent presence at their dinner table and family activities over the years, she hopes he sees the possibilities inherent in a well-functioning family.

Mitt Romney is McDonough's candidate. She likes his generosity, as well as the respect for religious liberties he evidenced as governor of Massachusetts when he struggled, albeit unsuccessfully, to work out a conscience exemption to gay rights legislation. The legislation barred Catholic Charities in the state from following the belief that adoptive parents be male-female married couples. As a result, the church, which had handled half the adoptions in the state, stopped sponsoring them altogether, keeping children in foster care longer and harming their chances for adoption, says McDonough, a past board member of the National Council for Adoption.

McDonough's own two children were adopted after she and her husband learned they were infertile, an irony not lost on the former birth control user. "I didn't think God was punishing me," she reflects. "I realized God was leading me on another path."

McDonough embraces life in all forms and objects to social/health policy that would edit out the messy. Look at all the 10-and-11-year-olds running around the neighborhood who were "oops" babies, she says, prime abortion candidates whose parents were "done" when they accidentally conceived. "On any given day I could strangle any one of them," she jokes. But live without them? No. "Think of how the neighborhood would be diminished."

As described in the Fitness Nutrition Plan in Step 1, healthy nutrition as well as changing to good eating habits by ditching most of the bad ones, it is possible to lose a lot of weight in body fat. In my case, I?ve lost 70 pounds by doing the steps I am offering here. Yet, I don?t think I?ve could have lost all this weight just by changing my diet plan or eating habits to the better. I had to start exercise and gain muscle mass to activate a metabolism ? thought lost.

Sticking to a well structured fitness plan makes it easy, actually enjoyable. You do not need to be a member of a gym or own fancy equipment, although a gym membership would allow you access to a variety of fitness equipment that can be useful.

Either way, I will provide you with two workout plans. Each includes a set of exercises you can do at home as follows or at the gym.

At Home Fitness Exercise Plan

Day 1 Monday: Cardiovascular Exercise

Day 2 Tuesday: Strength training circuit

You will do each exercise one time without resting in between, then rest for 90 seconds and start again so a circuit would look like this:

Keep pushing in between exercises, even if it is difficult at first; and soon you?ll notice the improvements to your physique and cardiovascular health.

Day 3 Wednesday: Cardiovascular exercise

Day 4 Thursday: Strength training circuit

Same rules apply as Tuesday, no rest in between exercises until the end.

Day 5 Friday- Cardiovascular
Same as Day 1 Monday.

Saturday and Sunday are optional days you can either rest or choose one of the above days to repeat. Any recreational exercise that you might be doing such as gardening/pick up sports games/ swimming/ etc are great as well.
